Mastercard is the recipient of the 'Diamond Award' at the A.C.E Awards

Mastercard was awarded the Diamond Award for providing the best customer experience in the Payment Systems Category at the Achievement in Customer Excellence (A.C.E) Awards organized by the solution platform Şikayetvar.

İSTANBUL, 20 February 2024 – Mastercard, one of the world's leading companies in payment technologies, was awarded the Diamond Award in the "Payment Systems" category at the 9th ŞikayetVar Achievement in Customer Excellence (A.C.E) Awards.


Mastercard's digital payment solution, Masterpass, which offers secure storage of card information, introduced its "Customer Support" service in 2022. In its second year, the service, which has earned Şikayetvar's major award, promptly addresses questions and complaints from end users.

Achievement in Customer Excellence Award

The ACE awards, which were initiated by Şikayetvar in 2014, create a large dataset called the "Customer Experience Index" by considering real complaints received throughout the year and conducting surveys. It determines the 'Best Brands in Customer Experience' list based on statistics obtained from this large dataset. According to the customer experience index research results, it awards brands that provide excellent customer experience in different categories.
