Six startups chosen for the Mastercard Lighthouse Türkiye Acceleration Program 

The six fintech startups selected for the first phase of the Mastercard Lighthouse Türkiye program, which seeks to equip fintech ventures with insights and connections, have been announced.

These six startups will have the opportunity to collaborate with Mastercard’s network, mentors, and industry experts, gaining valuable insights and guidance on navigating partnerships and exploring new market opportunities.

The Mastercard Lighthouse Türkiye acceleration and collaboration program, aimed at fintech startups, has selected six ventures to receive support following a jury evaluation. The startups selected within the scope of the program are Assistbox, Crait AI, Masraff, MonoPayments, Sanction Scanner, and TransferChain. Startups stood out with their alignment to criteria such as strong team competencies, innovative solutions they offer, potential for expansion into global markets, growth capacity, robust business models, and resilience against competition.Top of FormBottom of Form

Supported by Mastercard’s global experience and local partnerships, the program will offer selected fintech startups opportunities for growth. Aiming to accelerate the operational development of these startups, the program seeks to maximize their potential through Mastercard’s extensive network of mentors and advisors.

These startups will have the chance to participate in one-on-one training sessions with industry experts, gaining expertise in areas such as payment systems, cybersecurity, risk management, financial support, sustainability, data analytics, and SME solutions.

  • Masraff: An AI-powered platform that digitizes corporate expense management. With features like automated data entry, predictive analytics, monitoring, and compliance with spending policies, Masraff transforms expense tracking into a strategic financial management tool.
  • Mono Payments: A digital fintech platform specializing in global payment orchestration, designed to meet the needs of electronic money institutions, payment providers, startups, neobanks, and large enterprises.
  • Sanction Scanner: A regtech company providing anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention solutions. Sanction Scanner offers services such as customer screening, transaction monitoring, and customer risk assessment, helping financial institutions ensure security and regulatory compliance.
  • TransferChain: A platform offering secure, regulation-compliant, privacy-focused file and password management solutions. It aims to prevent data breaches, stolen passwords, and unauthorized access.

 

Opportunities for Fintech Startups

The Mastercard Lighthouse program, which started in 2018 in the Nordic and Baltic countries, has enabled over 220 graduates, more than 300 partnerships, and has facilitated raising over 1 billion euros in investment since its inception.Top of FormBottom of Form
