Being a ‘Force for Good’ in the Middle East

During times of humanitarian crises, it is important that we all stand in solidarity with affected people around the world. At Mastercard, we continue to mobilize our resources to support relief efforts globally including the ongoing Middle East conflict.

Mastercard Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa set up a working group to coordinate efforts on a regional level with $2 million in contributions raised for all those impacted by the conflict.

Our Dubai office supported a food donation drive for ‘Tarahum – for Gaza’, a UAE relief campaign to people affected by the war, in partnership with the UAE Food Bank. Additionally, our Egypt office formed a local volunteering group to facilitate employee humanitarian activities. Mastercard continues to match donations made to organizations, in addition to cash contributions by our employees.
