Mastercard named as the preferred payment partner at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve; collaboration to include joint marketing efforts to promote the destination to international travellers
Mastercard and Mandai Wildlife Group announced a two-year strategic collaboration to jointly promote the Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore as a must-visit on travel itineraries. This collaboration taps into Mastercard’s extensive cardholder network and deep market insights to drive targeted campaigns across Southeast Asia, India, Australia and North Asia, as well as Mandai Wildlife Group’s strength in delivering diverse and immersive world-class nature and wildlife experiences.

As part of this collaboration, Mastercard cardholders will enjoy a host of privileges, from curated wildlife experiences and attractive deals across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. This includes the precinct’s five wildlife parks – Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, Rainforest Wild – as well as overnight stay options at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, the soon-to-launch Colugo Camp, and the upcoming new indoor attractions, Exploria and Curiosity Cove. These exclusive privileges will be available through the Mandai Wildlife Reserve website and Priceless.com, a Mastercard platform that unlocks access to extraordinary experiences such as meaningful travel moments and nature-themed getaways.

To celebrate the launch of the collaboration, Mandai Wildlife Group unveiled “Lunch in the Wild”, which commences in August. This new dining experience at Bird Paradise begins with an intimate avian encounter at the Sky Amphitheatre, where guests can enjoy guided interactions with birds like macaws and cockatoos. This is followed by a specially curated four-course themed lunch at Crimson Restaurant, where diners will savour their meal while taking in the views of perched macaws against the stunning backdrop of Hong Leong Foundation Crimson Wetlands. There is limited seating available each day. To elevate the meal, guests can opt for bespoke cocktails created in collaboration with PLUME, the destination cocktail bar at Pan Pacific Singapore known for crafting unique creations inspired by the beauty and diversity of bird species. A 1-for-1 cocktail promotion is available exclusively to Mastercard cardholders.
