Michael Miebach is chief executive officer of Mastercard and a member of its board of directors.

Michael joined Mastercard in 2010 to lead its Middle East and Africa operations, where he helped shape and advance the company’s financial inclusion efforts - first in Africa and subsequently around the world - with targeted solutions for governments and their citizens that deliver a commercially sustainable social impact. Earlier in his career, Michael held senior roles at Barclays Bank and Citibank.
He serves on the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on Racial Equity, focused on advancing racial equity in the economy and addressing acute disparities for communities of color, and is a member of the board of directors for the non-profits Accion and the World Resources Institute.
Michael is a member of The Business Roundtable, The Business Council, the U.S.-India CEO Forum, the International Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and The International Business Council of the World Economic Forum. He sits on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Opera and serves as a board member at large for the Ronald McDonald House New York City.

Ajay Bhalla is the president of Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence business and is a member of the company’s global management committee.
He leads the team responsible for developing technologies and solutions to help provide safe, secure and frictionless interactions for our consumers, customers and partners around the world – helping to advance trust and inclusion in the digital ecosystem.
Prior to this role, Ajay was the president of Mastercard’s Digital Payment Services, where he led the development and growth of the business, helping to establish Mastercard as an industry leader and pioneer in this space. Before this, Ajay was president of Mastercard for South Asia and Southeast Asia, where he led the business across 18 markets.
Before joining Mastercard, Ajay held key leadership positions at HSBC and Xerox. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and a master's degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai.
Ajay sits on the board of directors of PVH Corp. He serves as a Senior Fellow at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Science Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is an Executive in Residence at Oxford University. Andrea Scerch is president of Mastercard’s Latin America and the Caribbean region. In this role, Andrea is responsible for the strategy, direction, and overall success of all aspects of Mastercard’s operations across the region, which is comprised of 45 countries and territories, through its partnerships with retailers, fintechs, financial institutions, government, and businesses.
Andrea has held diverse roles during his tenure at Mastercard. In his previous position Andrea led Mastercard’s global Consumer Products and Processing team where he was responsible for the company’s “core” consumer product offer (credit, debit and prepaid products). Previously he was responsible for a group of processing assets, including Payment Gateway Services, enabling merchants to accept digital payments across multiple channels and markets; Payment Transaction Services, the technology helping issuers and acquirers process payments; and Prepaid Management Services, an end-to-end prepaid program manager. In this capacity, he also spearheaded the integration of multiple businesses, including Transaction Network Services, which was acquired in 2014.
Andrea first joined Mastercard in 2005 as the head of strategy for Europe before assuming the role of division president for Central Europe markets. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its position across the region, achieved strong growth and successfully deployed new payment technology in the markets.
Before joining Mastercard, Andrea was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company in Italy, where he worked with large, pan-European retail banks leading strategic projects on key business topics.
Andrea holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and has a degree in Economics and Business Administration, from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
In his capacity as president for Asia Pacific at Mastercard and a member of the Global Management Committee, Ari Sarker oversees all of the company’s activities in the region including business strategy and operations, product development, sales and marketing, and relationships with governments, regulators, banks and merchants.
Ari is an active proponent of the company’s financial inclusion commitments, and an active champion of inclusive growth efforts across a number of Asia’s emerging economies. He also spearheads managing and identifying new equity investment opportunities designed to establish Mastercard as a natural partner of choice for firms in the dynamically evolving fintech landscape.
Ari has been with Mastercard since 2011 and has held an array of leadership roles across geographies. Prior to his current role, he helmed Mastercard’s business for South Asia, including India. He started his journey at Mastercard as head of Network Processing for AP & MEA, in which capacity he actively advocated for the need to build an open payments market environment. In this role, Ari was instrumental in driving significant engagement and deepening the partnership models with domestic switch operators and regulators, thereby enabling a much more vibrant ecosystem overall.
Before joining Mastercard, Ari spent over 12 years with GE in a variety of senior roles in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and private equity across several key markets in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Ari holds a number of Board positions, including Independent Board Director with Airtel Payments Bank Limited in India, Advisory Board Member of the Singapore Management University Lee Kong Chian School of Business (SMU-LKCSB), and Board Member of the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC).
He is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University, an MBA from Cardiff University, and is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Carlo Enrico is president of Mastercard’s Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region and a member of the company’s management committee. Carlo is responsible for leading Mastercard’s strategy and operations across 45 countries and territories, and driving transformational efforts across digital payments, financial and social inclusion, products and services.
After joining Mastercard in 2012, Carlo served in several senior roles. These include Division President for Central Eastern Europe and, most recently, Division President for Western Europe, where he was responsible for overseeing Mastercard operations in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
Prior to joining Mastercard in 2012, Carlo was CEO of BancoPosta, the financial services division of Italian postal services provider, Poste Italiane. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the financial industry, holding senior roles at Banco di Sicilia, Capitalia Group and Goldman Sachs. Carlo has extensive experience in leading large teams, managing a diverse customer base, and developing and integrating strategies that drive revenue.

Chad Wallace is Executive Vice President of Commercial Solutions at Mastercard and a member of the Management Committee. He leads the company's large market commercial products including T&E, Purchasing, Fleet and Virtual card solutions as well as Mastercard's Smart Data platform and Track B2B solution.
Chad joined Mastercard in March 2022 from Goldman Sachs, where he was the Global Head of Digital for Transaction Banking, responsible for building its embedded finance platform, corporate payments and liquidity digital tools. Prior to joining Goldman, Chad was the Head of Digital Experiences for the Commercial Bank at Capital One. Chad also previously held leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, E*Trade Financial and SunTrust.

As Executive Vice President, Global Brand Strategy & Innovation of Mastercard, Cheryl Guerin leads the overall stewardship of one of the world’s most iconic and recognizable brands. She also serves on the company’s management committee.
A passionate and accomplished marketer, Cheryl oversees the strategy and activation of Mastercard’s highly decorated Priceless campaign, advancing the brand to consumers and B2B audiences through cutting edge advertising, media, digital marketing and innovative insights that inform and inspire new opportunities for the business.
Cheryl led the launch of several innovations and platforms, including the True Name® card, which was recognized with a Cannes Lion Grand Prix in 2021. She spearheaded the Strivers Initiative supporting small businesses, Priceless Cities and Priceless Surprises experiences, as well as Priceless Causes’ Stand Up To Cancer program. The initiative has generated seven FDA-approved drugs.
During her tenure at Mastercard, Cheryl has held several senior marketing positions, including leading
North America Marketing & Communications, U.S. Marketing and Global Digital Marketing. She also oversaw all products and services for North America and separately led the Global Credit Products business.
Prior to Mastercard, Cheryl worked on the advertising agency side at Bates Worldwide and Bozell.

Chiro Aikat is executive vice president of U.S. market development for Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee. In this role, he leads a team focused on advancing commercial and strategic efforts with key acceptance partners across the country, including merchants, acquirers and processors.
He also has oversight of the commercial center of excellence and public sector engagement in the U.S., while helping to cultivate relationships with merchants operating across multiple regions.
Throughout his two decades at Mastercard, Chiro has played an integral role in helping all customers implement a wide range of products and programs across the U.S. market. Prior to this role, he led the development and management of the company’s priority initiatives in North America, such as Mastercard Installments/buy now pay later, open banking, account-to-account payments, and bill pay, ensuring continued value delivered to merchants, financial institutions and consumers.
He has also helped lead a team that co-created and customized solutions for some of the largest issuers across the globe. Earlier in his career, he was part of the leadership effort to migrate the U.S. market to the EMV chip standard, as well as the introduction of contactless payments in North America.

Craig Vosburg is chief product officer for Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
He leads an integrated product management and engineering organization, specifically designed to maximize the company’s customer-centric focus through an end-to-end approach to design and delivery. The team will innovate and scale the products and services that solve real-world problems and help shape the fabric of the modern global economy.
Included in the product organization are areas integral to growing Mastercard’s business and executing on opportunities in multi-rail, digital and B2B payments – consumer products, commercial products, acceptance solutions, real-time, account-to-account and push payments, processing, open banking and Mastercard Labs. This includes the legacy Mastercard products, as well as the expanded range of payment flows supported by Vocalink, Transactis, Finicity and other recent acquisitions.
Prior to assuming this role, he served as president of North America for Mastercard, overseeing the company's operations and customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada. Craig also previously led the company’s global card-based products offerings.
He originally joined Mastercard in 2006 as head of Mastercard Advisors in Southeast Asia, Greater China, and South Asia/Middle East/Africa. In 2008, he was named managing director of the Mastercard Advisors business in the U.S. and Canada. In 2010, Craig was named group executive, U.S. Market Development, responsible for managing and building relationships within the merchant and acquiring community.
Earlier in his career, Craig was a senior member of the Financial Services practices with Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, and was a vice president at CoreStates Financial Corporation.
Craig is a past David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Sultana Education Foundation and the Board of Trustees of CancerCare. Dimitrios Dosis is president of Mastercard’s Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region and a member of the company’s global management committee. He is responsible for driving the company’s strategy across this newly expanded region, which now encompasses 81 markets, with agile, high-potential growth opportunities.
He was previously president of Mastercard Advisors, the company’s professional services arm. In this role, he led a global team focused on helping retail and banking customers solve pressing business issues with data-driven solutions. Mastercard’s anonymized and aggregated transaction insights, world-class analytic capabilities and embedded platforms with self-service predictive technology supplement the team’s industry-proven problem-solving skills. The team’s results-focused approach combined with leading-edge technologies and strong data assets deliver value to customers and create differentiation for the company.
Dimitrios has more than 20 years of experience in technology, transaction banking and management consulting. He joined Mastercard in 2005 from Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he was leading the transaction banking practice. Previously, he worked for A.T. Kearney covering financial institutions business.
He serves as an independent director on the board of directors for the Athens Stock Exchange in Greece. Dimitrios holds an MBA and PhD from the European Business School, as well as a Master of Economics from the University of Hagen.
Prior to this role, he was chief information officer responsible for the development efforts for products and services, implementing the IT digital roadmap and managing the development of Mastercard’s global tech hubs. Before that, he was chief emerging payments officer, leading the development of the company’s digital strategy, partnerships and platforms. He joined Mastercard in 2005 as head of bill payment and healthcare, and was named chief franchise development officer in 2008.
McLaughlin’s previous roles included serving as group vice president, Product and Strategy at Metavante, co-founder and CEO of Paytrust, and executive vice president of product and marketing at LogicWorks, Inc.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and in 2018 completed the AI: Implications for Business Strategy Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). George Maddaloni is currently the Chief Technology Officer, Operations at Mastercard and a member of the company’s management committee.
In this role, George leads the Operations, Network, and Employee Digital Experience organizations (ONE) through the delivery of operational performance and the modernization of Infrastructure and Platform Services. These platforms are delivering foundational elements for the current critical, Real-Time Payments Network that Mastercard runs as well, as driving the next generation of Multi-Rail Services being released. He has a passion towards developing high-performing teams with a track record of successfully transforming cultures through people, processes, and tools.
George has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries. Prior to Mastercard, he previously worked at AIG as the Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for delivering computing, cloud, network, employee, and identity access services to AIG businesses. He also partnered closely with business CIOs on both the technology modernization strategy and business programs agenda. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director, Americas Infrastructure and Global Network Operations at UBS, in addition to spending 20 years in various positions at AT&T.

Greg Ulrich is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Mastercard and a member of the company's management committee.
Greg oversees a global team that is tasked with developing the company's strategy and identifying and driving key initiatives to support Mastercard's growth. In addition, Greg is responsible for corporate development – including M&A, venture, and minority investments – and the integration of the company's acquisitions. Jess Turner is executive vice president, Global Open Banking and API at Mastercard. She is responsible for leading the development and build-out of new products and technologies to enable the future of open banking, while driving innovation with key partners across the ecosystem including fintech companies and governments globally.
Prior to this leadership role, Jess served as the executive vice president of New Digital Infrastructure and Fintech where she led the strategy, design, development and commercialization of Mastercard's blockchain, digital assets, crypto and open banking products. She was also responsible for driving fintech innovation via various programs including Start Path, Mastercard's global startup engagement program.
Since 2006, Jess has held various roles of increasing responsibility at Mastercard including customer engagement and collaboration with telecommunications companies and banks where she was responsible for delivering both card and digital solutions, as well as payment experiences for both emerging and developed markets. She has extensive experience working with key issuers globally and advancing the company's inclusive growth strategy in North America. Johan Gerber is executive vice president of Security and Cyber Innovation at Mastercard and a member of the company's management committee. In this role, he oversees Mastercard’s product and solution strategies for cyber security, financial crime, online credential management and dispute resolution. These include overseeing the operations of several acquired businesses by Mastercard, including: CipherTrace, Ethoca and Risk Recon.
Johan serves on Mastercard’s Cyber and Intelligence Leadership Team with responsibility for the strategy and vision of our Cyber Security business. Since joining Mastercard in 2000, Johan has held critical roles across multiple business areas, such as franchise, identity, AI, and network management, giving him deep experience of the organisation. In these roles he spearheaded customer focused innovations, like embedding artificial intelligence into Mastercard’s network and enabling real-time decisioning across transactions globally, to enhance Mastercard's security capabilities and expand our services strategy. Johan holds qualifications in criminal justice, forensic auditing and police administration. Prior to joining Mastercard, he was a member of the South African Police Services for 10 years where he specialized in organized crime investigations as well as internal investigations of financial crimes.
Jorn Lambert is Chief Digital Officer at Mastercard, and a member of the company's management committee; he leads the Consumer Solutions organization, inclusive of Mastercard's consumer, digital, acceptance, crypto and open banking capabilities.
In this role, Jorn is responsible for the company's digital strategy, delivering seamless, secure and differentiated solutions for the digital consumer and merchant, managing the platforms powering these solutions, forging partnerships with technology players, fintechs and digital partners, and future-proofing the payments ecosystem.
In his previous role as Executive Vice President, Digital Solutions, Jorn oversaw the company's platforms and partnerships in the digital space, including operating systems, device manufacturers, telcos, wallet operators and social networks, as well as the regional teams who deployed Mastercard Emerging Payment products across the world.
Prior to joining the company in 2002, Jorn spent several years in capital markets where he occupied various management positions in the areas of product development, product management and corporate strategy.

Karen Griffin is the Chief Risk Officer for Mastercard and a member of the company’s executive leadership team and management committee.
She is the first executive at the company to hold this role, reflecting the increasing importance of the ability to manage an organization’s risk appetite in order to maximize growth opportunities. Karen leads a team focused on strengthening the company's risk management strategy and activities, building on the robust processes and procedures currently in place.
For the past eight years, she served as Chief Compliance Officer, developing a strategic vision and overseeing the company’s global ethics and compliance system. This effort encompassed a broad set of integrated programs including Business Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Economic Sanctions.
Prior to joining Mastercard in 2014, Karen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Visa Inc. where she developed a company-wide ethics and compliance system following its 2008 IPO. Previously, she served as head of the Office of Business Conduct at Alcatel-Lucent. Karen has also held several business leadership roles at Lucent Technologies and AT&T including product management, customer delivery and engineering.

Previously, Karen was a member of the Mastercard Europe Board of Directors, and a Co-Chair of the B20 Integrity and Compliance Task Force.
Ka-Wai Au is the Executive Vice President of Global Customer Delivery for Mastercard and a member of the company’s Management Committee. In this role, he is responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of the company’s products and solutions for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and other partners.
Throughout his 25+ year career, Ka-Wai has reimagined technology priorities, created trusted partnerships, and ensured joint ownership when executing complex programs.
Prior to joining Mastercard in 2023, Ka-Wai served as Head of Technology at Fiserv for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Financial Institutions Business operations. He played a pivotal role in leading a series of major client implementations, the acquisition of First Data, while also building the next generation cloud-based issuing processing platform.
During his tenure at the U.K.’s Financial Conduct Authority, he led the implementation of fundamental change to the regulator’s delivery procedures. He previously held leadership positions at Barclays Bank and Accenture.
Ka-Wai graduated from the University of Bristol in the UK with a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering.
Ken Moore is Chief Innovation Officer at Mastercard and a member of the company's Management Committee. He leads the Mastercard Foundry organization, inclusive of R&D, Digital Futures, Product Lifecycle Management, and Experience Research & Design teams.
In this role, Ken is responsible for the company's innovation agenda, including incubating and bringing new products and services to market, unlocking the potential of emerging technologies, and anticipating changes in customer needs. Ken is an advisory board member to the World Intellectual Property Organization on the production of the Global Innovation Index and an Expert-in-Residence at Harvard University in the U.S.
He joined Mastercard in 2016 as Executive Vice President, Mastercard Labs, where he led the teams to create new products and experiences in digital payments, financial inclusion and commercial. He extended Mastercard's partner ecosystem by creating its global startup engagement program, Start Path, which helps innovative later-stage startups scale.
Ken is an Expert-in-Residence at Harvard Innovation Labs at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Ken held roles of increasing seniority at Citi, Accenture and Misys. He has over 25 years of experience in International Financial Services across retail and corporate banking and has worked extensively throughout the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has held executive leadership roles in Product Management, Technology Delivery, Business Development, Strategy and Innovation.
Linda Kirkpatrick is president of North America for Mastercard, overseeing the company's customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada, including sales, business development, strategy and relationship management with issuers, merchants, digital partners, governments and acquirers. She sits on the company’s management committee.
Linda brings a broad understanding and appreciation of broad customer needs across one of the company’s most competitive and developed regions. Prior to this role, she served as president of U.S. issuers, managing and expanding the company’s partnerships and business with banks and credit unions. Linda also led the team responsible for managing merchant and acquirer relationships in the market, as well as business development efforts in co-brand, prepaid, commercial, transit, healthcare and public sector.
Since joining the company in 1997, Linda has held several leadership roles, including overseeing global rules and standards, compliance programs and dispute resolution management functions, in addition to working on Mastercard’s initial public offering in 2006 and merger with Europay in 2002.
Linda was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at Manhattanville College, a member of the Partnership for NYC’s David Rockefeller Fellows Program, a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of New York and a member of the New York Transit Innovation Partnership Board.
Linda graduated magna cum laude from Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
Ling Hai is co-president of International Markets for Mastercard and sits on the company’s global management committee. In his new role, he is focused on advancing business strategy, sales, business development, product management and engagements with customers and regulators across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
For the seven years prior to this role, he served as co-president of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific region, leading the local delivery of the company’s strategy and business activities. In this role, he achieved significant growth for Mastercard’s business in China and oversaw the company’s efforts to achieve market leadership position in Australia.
Previously, he served as president of Enterprise Partnerships, based in London. Ling Hai originally joined Mastercard in 2010 to serve as division president of Greater China, a role he held for four-and-a-half years.
Ling Hai is a Chairman of Mastercard-NUCC, a joint venture company in bankcard switching headquartered in Beijing. He is an officer of Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd, as well as a director of the board of Cuscal Limited.
He also serves as a trustee on The College of Saint Rose Board of Trustees. In addition, he is a senior advisory board member of CDIB Capital International, an investment company, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and fellow of its China Fellowship Program.
Ling Hai graduated from the College of Saint Rose in New York and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Mark Barnett is President of Mastercard Europe and a member of the company’s management committee since 1 June 2020. He is responsible for the overall success of the only true multi-rail payments technology company, across a region that encompasses 53 countries and serves over 950 million people through partnerships with retailers, financial institutions and businesses.
In this role, Mark leads a business focused on doing well, doing good and making people’s lives easier by delivering simple and secure ways to pay and by fostering a culture where he drives new technology and innovation to position Mastercard as the partner of choice.
Mark joined Mastercard in 2003 and has held various roles. Prior to his current role, Mark was the President of the Mastercard UK, Ireland, Nordics and Baltics Division.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the retail banking and payments industry. Most of his client work has been at board level; developing payments strategy, designing innovative new products, advising card schemes and processors, supporting government payment initiatives and implementing major transformation programs.
Mark has an MBA from Imperial College Business School, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, also from London University.
Michael Fiore is Executive Vice President, Business Integration & Expansion and a member of the company's Management Committee.
In this role, Michael oversees the long-term growth and success of the Data & Services business by identifying opportunities to further embed services into Mastercard's overall strategy, and by extending capabilities into new customer segments and use cases. He oversees various strategic areas for D&S such as pricing, customer segments, new product development, M&A and partnerships, marketing, and commerce innovation.
Michael brings 25 years of payments, product management and technology experience to his role. He joined Mastercard in 2005 and has held various leadership positions across the company. Most recently, Michael was Executive Vice President, National Accounts, leading Mastercard's relationships with large U.S. financial institutions including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One and US Bank.
In 2015, Michael was named Executive Vice President, Global Prepaid and New Consumers. He was responsible for leading the ongoing development and execution of Mastercard's prepaid strategies globally. Prior, Michael was Senior Vice President of Personal Payments, where he created Mastercard Send and HomeSend platforms. Michael also led the creation of Mastercard inControl, an intelligent transaction decisioning platform built on the Orbiscom technology that Mastercard acquired in 2008.
Before joining Mastercard, Michael held several roles at American Express in commercial payments, strategic partnerships and ATM businesses. Prior to American Express, Michael was in information technology as a web developer and video production editor.

From 2012 until assuming his current role, Michael served as executive vice president of human resources for Mastercard’s Global Products and Solutions business. In this role, he supported the company’s growth in key markets and expansion into new business lines. He was also responsible for leading the global HR integration of new acquisitions and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Michael was a core member of the HR leadership team at HSBC Group for nearly 12 years, based in Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR positions in banking and financial services in Australia and the Middle East, working extensively across different cultures.
Michael holds a Master of Applied Science, Communication Management, from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Education from the Australian Catholic University. He also has accreditation in change management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and attended leadership programs at Duke Fuqua and INSEAD.
Michael serves on the SHRM Executive Advisory Council, the Board of the HR Policy Association, 50:50 Women on Boards, and is active on the NY Jobs CEO Council and HR50. He is also the Board Chair of the Young People’s Chorus of New York.
Raghu Malhotra is co-president of International Markets at Mastercard, and a member of both Mastercard’s Executive Leadership Team, which sets and oversees the company’s strategy and priorities, and Mastercard’s Management Committee, which ensures the implementation and delivery of the company’s strategic priorities at a global scale.
Malhotra is responsible for advancing Mastercard’s business strategy, sales, business development, product management and engagements with customers and regulators in more than 200 markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Since joining Mastercard in 2000, he has held several leadership roles across geographies and functions. Most recently, as president for the Middle East and Africa, he drove the company’s global strategy across the region.
Under his leadership, Mastercard has expanded its collaboration with central governments and public sector authorities, partnering to enhance the region’s infrastructure and digital ecosystem. This includes developing a number of ‘global-firsts’ that are impacting the lives of millions of people: empowering citizens and businesses by creating interoperable mobile ecosystems; launching lending platforms which digitize and revolutionize supply chain management; bringing new levels of security to online and in-store purchases and introducing new energy and agriculture digital solutions to enable greater access and financial inclusion.
Prior to joining Mastercard, he served in a variety of roles at Citicorp, American Express and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
Malhotra is a member of the U.S. President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry International Advisory Council. Amongst other board and advisory positions, he sits on the board of directors of the US-Africa Business Center US Chamber of Commerce, is a board observer at Network International and is a member of the World Economic Forum Africa Business Council.
He has received numerous prestigious accolades, including being named among the region’s top business leaders by Forbes consecutively from 2014 to 2021.

Raj Seshadri leads Mastercard’s global Data & Services team. She is responsible globally for a unique range of data-driven capabilities that help customers make smarter decisions with better outcomes. These include software platforms and services for analytics, insights, consulting, loyalty, marketing, innovation, experimentation and personalization. They enhance the value of payments, improve business performance and elevate consumer engagement for financial institutions, retail and commerce firms, processors, acquirers, fintechs, neo-banks and public-sector institutions.
Raj serves on the company’s executive leadership team and management committee. She joined Mastercard as president of U.S. issuers, where she led the growth of payments and services with banks and credit unions in a very competitive market. Previously, she led the iShares U.S. retail ETF business at BlackRock and was the global chief marketing officer for iShares. Earlier in her career, Raj led Citigroup’s global strategy team and small business banking. She also held leadership roles at U.S. Trust, McKinsey & Company and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
She serves on the board of directors of Raymond James Financial Inc., the board of trustees of Mount Holyoke College and the global board of the American India Foundation. Ron Green is chief security officer for Mastercard, where he leads a global team that ensures the safety and security of the company's network, as well as internal and external products and services. He is responsible for corporate security, security architecture and engineering, cryptographic key management, business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency management. Ron is a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Ron joined Mastercard in 2014 after serving as deputy chief information security officer at Fidelity Information Services (FIS). Prior to this position, he was director, Investigation and Protections Operations at Blackberry. Ron also served as a senior vice president across several areas at Bank of America.
He has extensive experience working with international and federal law enforcement agencies both as a special agent in the United States Secret Service and as an officer in the United States Army. With the Secret Service, Ron worked protection and fraud investigations. He was one of the first agents to receive formal training on seizing and analyzing electronic evidence and worked on a number of international cyber-crime investigations.
Ron chairs the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC), is vice chair of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, and is chair of the US Secret Service’s, Cyber Investigation Advisory Board.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, is a graduate of the FBI’s Domestic Security Executive Academy and holds a graduate certification in Information Assurance from George Washington University.
Sachin Mehra is the Chief Financial Officer for Mastercard and is a member of the company’s Management Committee. He has over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including several roles within Mastercard since he joined the company in June 2010.
As the Chief Financial Officer of Mastercard since April 2019, Sachin is responsible for all corporate finance functions, including corporate controller, tax, internal audit, investor relations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, global supply chain, business unit finance and regional finance activities.
Over the past decade, Sachin has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and transformation efforts. Following his five-year tenure as corporate treasurer and then as Business Finance Officer for the company’s largest geographic region, he moved into a business role where he developed and executed the company’s commercial products (B2B) strategy, managed the product portfolio and deepened customer relationships.
Sachin regularly engages and contributes to the Board and other governance functions including audit and risk. In addition, Sachin is passionate about developing the next generation of talent, which he does as a mentor to high-potential diverse employees at Mastercard.
Prior to Mastercard, Sachin held treasury and finance roles of increasing responsibility at Hess Corporation, General Motors and GMAC in New York, Singapore, Belgium and Shanghai. He started his career at General Motors in the New York Treasurers Office.
Sachin holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and received his undergraduate degree in commerce from Sydenham College at the University of Mumbai, India. Fluent in two languages, Sachin resides with his wife and two children in Westchester County, New York.
For more than 20 years, Shamina Singh has been on the front line of developing and implementing solutions to make the global economy work for everyone, everywhere. Shamina is the founder and president of the Center for Inclusive Growth, the social impact hub of Mastercard. She also serves as executive vice president of Sustainability and is a member of the company’s Management Committee.
Since 2014, she has led the Center with a remit to leverage Mastercard’s data, technology, capital and expertise for social impact. In her role as executive vice president for Sustainability, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the environmental, social and governance strategy across the company, including linking ESG metrics to compensation for all employees.
In 2018, Mastercard created the Mastercard Impact Fund with an initial $500 million investment. Shamina was named president and charged with activating those philanthropic dollars to advance inclusive growth and financial inclusion around the world. Her leadership has contributed to Mastercard’s global leadership and reputation of doing well by doing good.
Currently, she sits on the boards of ADL, a global anti-hate organization, and the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders in Austin, Texas. She serves on the advisory boards of several organizations, including Data and Society, The Aspen Institute Civil Society Fellowship, and the New York Department of Financial Services Innovation Advisory Board. She has been named to the Financial Times Top 100 LGBT+ Executives and Fast Company’s Queer 50 lists.
Deeply committed to public service, Shamina has held senior positions in the White House and the U.S. House of Representatives. Shamina was executive director for the historic first President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, which was created by executive order in 1999 and has been renewed by each president since. In 2015, Shamina was appointed by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to a six-year term on the Board of AmeriCorps, a $1 billion independent agency that places over 270,000 volunteers with social sector organizations across the U.S. She served as chair for two years.
Shamina is a lifelong learner who has studied at Harvard, Yale, Stanford and the Indian School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin. She received the alumni of distinction award from both institutions. Shamina is also a Henry Crown Fellow with The Aspen Institute.
Sherri Haymond is executive vice president, Digital Partnerships at Mastercard and a member of the company’s Management Committee. In her role, Sherri leads a unique team working with digital players large and small to create innovative, differentiated products and solutions that shape the future of commerce.

Earlier in her career, Sherri was with Banc of America Securities in its structured finance group and practiced capital markets law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Sherri holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature from Duke University. She serves on the board of MoCADA, the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts, in Brooklyn, NY, and is the proud founder of What’s Your Twenty, Inc., a small business in New York City.
Tim Murphy is chief administrative officer for Mastercard, overseeing the company’s Law, Franchise and Integrity activities, its People and Capabilities function and Mastercard Transaction Services. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and Management Committee.
Prior to assuming this role, Tim served as the company's general counsel for seven years, helping advance Mastercard's legal and regulatory affairs, public policy, corporate governance and compliance, while also bringing a business mindset to further evolve the legal function.
Throughout his 20-plus year tenure at Mastercard, Tim has also served as chief product officer, president of the company’s U.S. region, executive vice president of customer business planning and analysis, and senior vice president and associate general counsel.
Before joining Mastercard in 2000, he was an associate in the New York and London offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
Tim is chair of the Board of Trustees for the National Urban League and he co-chairs the Cyber Readiness Institute. He sits on the boards of Northwestern Mutual and Community Solutions. He is a member of the Aspen Cybersecurity Group, Legal Services Corporation’s Leaders Council, the Economic Club of New York, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
Tim was named a Legend in Law in 2018 by the Burton Foundation.
He earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Amherst College.
