Pratik Khowala is executive vice president and global head of Transfer Solutions at Mastercard and a member of the company’s Management Committee. He is responsible for driving growth and innovation of Mastercard’s global money transfer and bill pay businesses.

Pratik leads Mastercard Move, which facilitates fast and secure disbursements, remittances and business-to-business (B2B) payments across 180 countries and 150-plus currencies. He also manages Mastercard’s Global Bill Pay program, offering efficient solutions for businesses and consumers to pay and get paid.

Prior to his current role, Pratik has held several leadership roles since joining Mastercard in 2010, most recently as chief financial officer of Consumer Payments, Commercial and New Payment Flows. He has worked in many regions including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Central Europe, and the U.S., and across diverse sectors such as payments, banking, manufacturing and IT services.

Pratik has over 25 years of CFO experience, during which he has focused on driving growth and transformations for global businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University. He is a chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst.
